Hi Everyone

I've managed to cut through the first cable in my seatalk daisy chain (between the st4000 control head and the ST60 depth......unfortunately whilst powered on......don't ask!) Despite replacing the damaged cable, I now get a "seatalk failure" message on the st4000 but no power to the rest of the st60 instruments. I was able to get the other st60 instruments working by running separate power to them yesterday (although I couldn't replicate that success this morning for some unknown reason, but that was after removing the St 4000 control instrument and replacing it with a spare St 60 graphic I happened to have.

I'm guessing I shorted something? Does anyone know if the st4000 has an internal fuse? I found the repair manual which lists an "8a poly fuse" in the component list. Failing that does anyone know if I am likely to be able to get it repaired. It's 10years old now and there do not appear to be any spare or second hand units on eBay either!
