In forcabin of the M31 there is originally a rollstop hatch fitted from Lewmar.

Found second hand a new flyscreen especially for the rollstop hatch and tried today to fit it but it doesnt fit at all. The problem is that Premier Yachts fitted headlining which make the size of the hatch inside smaller and so the flyscreen isnt fitting anymore.
The only solution to fit the Lewmar rollstop flyscreen is to remove the hatch completely and changing the headlining to the right size. I am afraid by changing the headlining the skai which is glued will get lose creating a sack.

Does somebody had the same issue or does somebody know if the flyscreen was an option? It looks strange to me that it is so difficult to place the original flyscreen afterwards.

any info is welcome
grtz

check the lewmar site, they have replacements for those flyscreens. sounds as though your secondhand screen is not the correct size for the hatch. google lewmar and you find , for any size hatch ..info such as :
