Fitting Canopy Fasteners

Hi, I'm just waiting for my Screw Turnbuttons, Lift The Dot femal ends and Cloth to Cloth Turnbuttons to arrive so that I can fit my side panels to the existing canopy. Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to go about this?
