Fitting an inner forestay

Am I right in thinking that there was an article on fitting an inner stay in the PBO around July last year?
If so was it any good. We were away cruising Tunisia and the local Bizzerte newsagent just didnt have a copy left.

Selden make a plate designed to fit on the mast within 300mm of the forestay fitting. Provided you stay within this measurement, you dont need to add extra backstays.
