fitting aluminium windows

whats the best way or even a way to seal aluminium windows to my boat?
they have a flange on the other window then a small frame inside which the 2 bolts through the boat

i was thinking something like draught excluder which is 10-13mm wide
or gutter sealer which is black and waterproof

i gather they would of originally had rubber gasket but as i have quite a few windows and odd shapes rubber strips won't work as they would need to be the exact shape

Butyl window tape. You can get it from a glazing supplier.
