There was thread about horns, mainly discussing sound levels etc.

My boat is of same type as yours albeit a tad larger and I went with this one
Not knowing how the recording was made it doesn't tell a lot, but turn on your pc speakers for a sample!

Available as electric or air (compressor). Nice sound, loud enough.

A fixed spotlight is of limited use. I prefer a good torch, but if I had more need I'd go for a remote controlled flood light type, maybe along this line

My Moto Guzzi and Moto Morini bikes used be fitted with slightly smaller FIAMM horns. F**k me, they were loud and very Italian.

I used to have one of those double trumpet horns (it came with the boat) but found it to be a pain as it was awkard to clean around. In the end I swapped it for one of these:

To me it sounds just as loud and is a bit neater. In any case the sound rating is quoited as: dB(A) rating: 107 at one meter (3 feet), so not sure how that compares.

Don't know who sells them here as if I recall correctly I ordered mine from an American company. May or may not be your cup of tea but it's another option.
