Has anyone managed to find a place that refurbishes PCB's?

I'd say that the original manufacturer would be a good starting point. I'm not aware of any company offering a generic refurb of 'any' PCB.

Caution! I asked Fisher Panda to quote for a starter ring (just the ring to fit myself).
I paid £800 for the generator. FP wanted the same amount for the ring!
