<font color=blue> S'pose I am in a way. I take on board (pun intended) your comments about mud & silt but there are sections that are naturally scoured. I saw two divers one evening working an area where the trip boats run from. The stuff they brought up was really interesting. I bet somewhere like Child Beale wouldprove to be a real treasure trove, then there's places wher people dumped their old Thames Licences. Bridges !!! I dunno, the Old Bill do them regularly.

We never had more than F3 from Lymington to Guernsey plus we hit Alderney races at slack, however what we did get it handled admirably
