Just to let you know that the fire was caused by the person relighting the paraffin cooker, with a bottle of meths in his hand, he's not sure but the cooker might still have been alight , the bottle exploded in his hand causing 3rd degree burns to his hand and 2nd degree burns to his chest. He's out of hospital and should recover in next few weeks. His courageous efforts to put out the fire which ignited all the oilskins on board saved the boat from burning. Person and boat had a vary lucky escpae.

Although we're unlikely to know the person involved, I'm sure all on here wish him a speedy recovery.
