Finesse Owners - HELP!!!

Daft as it may seem, I can't find my centreplate bolt - thought I had, in the bilges through the case, but it seems too thin (10mm) and unworn, ...and, when I dribbled wood preserver in the hole it didn't come out of the keel slot!

So, it must be much bigger surely? But where the *&@% is it? Do any Finesse owners have access to build or design plans?

Assistance in the application of common sense or logic most welcome from non-Finesse owners too!

Well this may not help as my old centreboarder was not a finesse although in many respects similar but nobody else has contributed so here goes - the keel bolt was 'outside' - through the keel from outside to outside pivoting the centreboard at its bottom forward end. It was a 1/2" plain steel bolt which I tended to replace/look at every five years.

Thanks for asking, quite a few pics taken but none posted online yet. SWMBO is away this week so I really must get around to it!

Things are going well with the hull and topsides, still lots to do with everything else.. I am determined to be in the water mid June.

I will let you know when there are some photos uploaded.
