Marine Sales tried to sell Fiarts a few years ago. Their LBS show boats remained unsold for around two years. From what I can recall they were expensive. They need to change the name to something more acceptable to the UK.

starts from about 210.000 EUROS ex VAT if I remeber correct
this should be the price for the next season

I think they are difficult to sell in the UK
1) they are plain (not shiny and colorful as Brits like em)
2) they are very med by nature (as is a real med boat)

very comfortable tough
may be some tight marketing can help, infact Marine Sales IMO didnt market much as I did not know they ever tryed to sell them in the UK
I think also the current range with IPS 50 ft also HT now, 42, 38 and 34 has much to offer
BTW 38 and 42 are available in 3 cabins

Yes,

The 28 with twin Kad 32's was punted by Essex for only £45k...and I believe they took less for it!

Cheers

that was a great price for a twin disiel well built boat,
here in the South of Italy when they are for sale, its like they are selling gold, they keep there value so much

more then old I call it modern classic
with its flush deck and well integrated platfrom, price is on the high side tough
still I think Fiarts you have to see them
during my trip I encountered a new 38 a couple of times as well as the 40 which altough presented in 1999 still looks awesome

Great review Poweryacht!

I really enjoy what you contribute to the forum. Interesting boats, both new and old, that I woldn't have learnt about otherwise.

Thanks!

ROTFL, yeah, I never considered that!
And what about VW dreaming to sell something called Phaeton as a luxury car?... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
