Went on Halfpenny Pier on Saturday afternoon and was told to go away as there was a barge that wanted to tie up where I was. But I could tie on outside the barge if the barge allowed it . I can't climb that high. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
The only other slot was Outside Second Simo the tiny little Oyster 42 but the owner of the tiny little Oyster 42 said he didn't want other people outside him. mind you when I'd been tied up outside him earlier that day in Ipswich he just cast my lines off and left me to drift with only a stern line to the pontoon until I was at 90 degrees off the end of the pontoon before he deigned to put his engine in gear.So I was not that enamoured with his seamanship skills or courtesy record. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
So Excelsior, stuff any future fundraising help up your exhaust.
