Ferretti sold to China
Italian luxury yacht builder offloaded by creditors to Shandong Heavy for EUR 178m.


Not surprised - I heard that 50% discount doable in some countries

I think the sale has been well flagged for several months now and discussed on this forum recently. I'm not sure we should be so pleased about the RBS involvement though. They've had to swap debt for equity and doubtless taken a big haircut in the process and that's UK taxpayers' money we're talking about
