Favourite Topic Toggle

Hi there,
Can anybody please tell me how to get to see my topics which I have flagged up as my favourite topic.
I have entered a couple of topics as a favourite, but do not know how to retreive them from the main page, without scrolling through all of the pages to find the original posting.

click on user options towards top left of page, and they are shown in a pane there
