My McMurdo Fast Find PLB battery was due for replacement so contacted Sartech, who quoted £126. Then saw an ad on ebay by Sparesmarine @ £79.99, including it appears everything Sartech do on service. Checked with McMurdo site and they are an authorised service station. Phoned them for a natter and posted the PLB on Wednesday, received phone call this morning (Friday) saying it was ready for dispatch. I am aware by the way that battery change can be DIY but, that doesn't include proper test.
