Anyone got any experience of using this company, either for marine use or cleaning up any other stuff.

They don't have anyone in the Solent area. Apparently the nearest person is in Plymouth, which means you need to add £100 to the cost for travelling. I was going to get my boat done when it's ashore at port solent, but the cost put me off in the end.

Yes.. I noticed that the operater that contacted me was based in Plymouth. I was quoted £800-£1000 to have my hull 'blasted' down to the waterline. I was looking to remove a prevoius paint system that was applied 10 years or more back on my 36ft boat.

Compaired with the labour to do the job manually it looked quite a reasonable quote.

4 years or so back I had the below water sections done, but I used a regular slurry blasting outfit as the finish was'nt quite so important.... took off 32years of accumulated a/foulings, I just checked and that cost £550.
