Faroe islands

Has anyone some bits of info on the Faroe islands? Currently thinking about sailing there next summer.... already got the Imray pilot, but some first-hand experience would be most welcome...

Spent a month there in 2004. Fantastic scenery, interesting currents, good harbours but be prepared for some cold and wet weather even in the middle of summer. Let me know what information you want by PM and I would be pleased to help.
