£400k ish I reckon, as it's a popular model, and there'll probably be some foreign interest.

Maybe not such a bargain 'coz hidden away in the small print is a little clause which says that there's VAT on top of the bid price and another little clause says on top of that there's a buyer's premium at a whopping 25% + VAT (and we think brokers are shysters!). So a £400k bid would actually cost £400k + 25% premium = £500k + 15% VAT = £575,000 by my reckoning. Caveat emptor?
