Nah, not the holding tank but due to his industrial strength leccie needs, half the marina was plunged into darkness whenever he turned his hi-fi on. They put him there so they could build a power station just behind. Good thing they made it look like a block of flats though.

No I think you will find the caption reads "Partly copper bottomed boat contemplates true circumnavigation of globe following reports of a record never previously attempted"
