I'm taking my Leisure 27 back over to Brittany for the summer (or at least planning to 
unless the wind gods are unfavourable).
The rough plan is to leave Falmouth PM on Mon 17th June, but of course that may slip subject to weather.
SWMBO and step kids are coming along but she will be busy looking after the kids (11 and 8) and although she is good crew this is a first cross channel for her and I would rather not put too much pressure on her so I am looking for someone with at least day skipper that is happy to stand a solo night watch (2 or 3 hrs), knows their colregs and lights, and doesn't mind kids asking them lots of questions ('cos they will).
Me? YM Coastal, commercially endorsed, done the trip several times now, usually happy solo'ing.
The yacht? Very well found, all gear up to date, new standing rigging, radar, ais etc......
This will be the kids and SWMBO's first cross channel so we won't be doing any heroics.
Am happy to cover reasonable return rail travel costs to Plymouth to arrive Sun 16th PM / evening, trains / buses to get from Brest or Camaret back to Roscoff, Roscoff to Plymouth ferry back, food, etc....
