Bevil, Nigel and Rodney Warrington-Smyth, sons of a sailing British diplomat who himself published a notable boot on East Asian sailing craft. Bevil (who died younger) and Rodney were amateur designers of note (Marie Michon and Carn Dhu were Bevil - Carn Dhu was recently for sale- Providence is Nigel - built for himself out of an unexpected legacy, hence the name) and Rodney set up Falmouth Boat Construction and was a professional builder and designer - died a couple of years ago.
