Fairline Weekender 21 Windscreen

Hi there folks, just looking for some Weekender 21 windscreen advise please. Have noticed a very small leak with all this foul weather recently on the screen in the attached image. Inside of the screen in the cabin feels like toughened glass which is good condition but the outside appears to be acrylic/polycarbonate that is badly crazed and in poor condition. I have experience with replacing the later mentioned materials on other boats, but I’ve never come across a double material window. Any advice on how to move forward please, looks to me like a fairly simple job to unscrew and remove the acrylic outer screen, has anyone done the job before?

Mine was tinted acrylic, which I think was original, and had the same issues. Relatively easy to replace, but make sure the new one is warm before screwing down as the cabin has quite a curve across the front.
