Yes they are 306's.The exhaust outlet bolts to the transom.This is on an 1989 model.I believe they maybe made by Delta Flow.

Believe Vetus sell it by the metre. Just need to know dia required.

I had a Turbo 36 with TAMD 60C's a few years ago and obtained a set of exhaust boots from Elkins Boatyard in Christchurch. Sorry dont have contact no. but I think they're still trading
