Can anybody advise how the centre disk about 300mm dia on the centre of the underside on the radar arch comes out, I have tried twisting, levering etc. and do not want to force it at this stage.
I need to gain access to the cabling routes so I can remove the old radar, cables etc and install a new system.

If it is the usual type made of white plastic and a "bar" across the centre then it is a screw type arrangement.

The insert is flat and fills like it should screw out, but does not move only flexes, and I can not see any silicon holding it in place,
It feels like it fixed in the centre, is it possible it is secured by a centre screw on top of the arch, out of view under the existing radar dome.

Its held in with sikkaflex from memory, try to lever it out with a paint scraper about one inch wide, failing that remove the top off old scanner and look to see if there are any screws going down into it from above.

I removed this panel on our (ex) Targa 39 on several occasions and can confirm that it is a simple GRP disc which is held in by sealant. A sharp knife and courage is all that's needed to remove it.
