Fairline phantom 43 2000 user manual advice

Hi there, in process of buying a 2000 Fairline Phantom 43. There doesn't seem to be a manual and I've checked with Fairline who say they got lost in the administration phase. Anyone here got a copy/pdf they could share or know a good source to buy one?

If not anyone know about accessing starboard side of starboard engine. Is there a hatch under the sofa or does the whole floor need lifting if to access things like seawater pump?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!
