Anyone able to rec. a perspex/acrylic company for recreating boat windscreen.. and maybe renewing the alu frame and canopy fixing to top... (even though this bit is still OK) at the same time... I am based in yorkshire, but if there is a specialist boat version of this then great. Boat based in Oxfordshire however... thanks
additionally also replacing front window of cabin... ta. :)

Google Polycarbonate sheet / makrolon / Lexan for your area and you should turn up the kind of outfit that makes all kinds of items from this stuff.
Just take them a template and they will sort you out.

Maybe Sheffield Plastics??

DIY project for the frame???

Did you ever get replacement windscreen and window I need same but don't have the specifications

Hi, Bigmac888
Yes, I managed to get a windscreen made to old pattern by a guy named Paul in Reading.
Very reasonable price.
He cut me from a sheet of polycarbonate and I managed to cold bend it to the shape of the alloy trim, bolting it to the cabin along the bottom first, then using many fast clamps and a bead of sicaflex in the alloy channel, me and my wife managed to curl the poly around the radius and bolt the rest of the bottom. The clamps mainly helped keep the poly in the channel of the frame until the sicaflex went off and it's all held nicely.
The poly is crystal clear....compared to crazed perspex I replaced.

He also made a front window out of perspex and it's a perfect fit for the alloy frame.

The guy's name is Paul on 07955068028

Good luck.
