Have Twin 151s Only 1 of the 2 Alternators is showing charging
Does Anyone Know If the Wiring On The Carrera Is Such That It Allows Charging Of Both Starting Batteries From The 1 Active Alternator

Its unlikely, the charging systems will be independant. Try measuring the voltage directly at the batteries, Volvo gauges are somewhat unreliable.
