Fairline basin tap

If anybody's familiar with Fairline taps from the 80's, where can I get a replacement that is the same or looks like:- white plastic body, two tap holes with one combined 2" spout AND has shower diverter on tap (towards rear) next to shower hose? Mine's got a crack in the body so need new one ASAP.

I gather you have tried Fairline ? Is there any manufacturer's name or part number to run with ?
Again - Fairline should know who made it.
