Fairline and Burton waters

Would you want this territory!

" north side of the Thames Estuary up the East Coast of England, with immediate effect."

Lord knows how they enforce that. I don't know the area, but I don't see it as a boating mecca! I may of course be wrong.

You keep thinking that spread the word.

Keep it nice and quiet for the rest of us. ;)

Be interesting to see if they can come up to the support service provided by EBY!

I don't understand why everyone on here rates BCUK so highly. I've dealt with them on a few occasions and the last time was pretty poor and I'm still out of pocket due to some screw ups they made! I'm not berating them, it seems that lots of people on here are concerned that no one else can live up to their reputation as if it was perfect.

Because many people on here (if not actually everybody) have had extremely good service from EBY, and that has been vastly better than many dealers who don't want to know after they have sold you the boat. (& yes, I do speak from experience) EBY go the extra mile & get back to you when they say they will. It is not impossible to speak to the directors, who are largely, just a part of the team in their words, & aren't afraid to talk to people & sort things out.

I have been waiting two weeks today and BCU initiated the conversation.

Mind you I didn't expect too much as my only other dealings with them was to drive on a Bank Holiday Saturday from Reading to Essex via Southampton (I know, don't ask) to see an apparently absolutely mint Targa 38, only to get there and find it in a workshop undergoing substantial GRP repairs due to some major accident damage.

While I can't talk about how they look after a customer after the deal is done, and to be fair, the evidence is fairly overwhelming, I do know from experience that not everything is perfection all the time.
