fairline 33 targa on sea

I bought a fairline 33 targa with 2x 200hp diesels. (1990). The boat is in perfect condition.
Is it save to go on the sea with this boat? I'm planning to go to Bretagne this summer (from Holland).
With what weather conditions is it ok to still go on sea? (4 beaufort?)

Its not the boats capabilities but yours that you have to assess no one but yourself can decide if its safe to go to !! The fact that you have to ask seems to indicate that maybe the boat is beyond your current capabilities . Maybe you should not be so ambitious with your trips at the moment .
