This time last year I was just settling into my first night watch with 2700 miles to go and still remember it vividly.

Start is in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. The atmosphere was fantastic I agree and one of the highlights was leaving the marina with thousands of people watching and cheering and foghorns....think I will dig my video footage out now for a trip down memory lane!
