Hi there, I've been offered a batch of Burmese Teak unused from the 1970's. Originally intended for a boat restoration .

It's planed to 3 x 1 and 3 x 2 all lengths 8 ft about 2 m3

What's a fair m3 price as can't find anything to compare the price to online? Photo attached.

Thanks

About 15 years ago it cost £287 / cubic foot (about £10k per cubic meter) for sawn planks, which is about right compared to this thread, from 2023, on here linked below, calculated at £15k per cubic meter around today's prices.

Both prices are Robin's Timber, who always are expensive, but deliver the goods.

Robbins are currently offering planation team, price to be advised. So you could call them and ask.

Thank you, so if planed and old Teak rather than plantation the price would be more
