Had issues with it it running bad on runners , and wearing the alloy as alloy touching alloy. So contacted Trend Marine , who had a set of rollers in stock and they sent me instructions how to replace the runners . So today me and swmbo set about it , take out door take frame down to glass ,bear in mind trend says glass is no more available . We realized it needed improving so off we went to Buy and Que and found some plastic stuff that slides say on the edge of a piece of glass. we go back to said boat the plastic strip goes over the alloy strip where the runner runs . put all back together . The door sound like its running on air i might send Trend a sample its that good . Next job empty Captains fridge Cheers and merry xmas SS.

When you are used to a stiff sliding door and the door is open when you go to sea you don't tend to put on the lock that stops the door sliding .

My boat had stiff doors and I took a new Princess 45 for a short delivery single handed, i forgot to put the drop bolt in the saloon doors the trip was about 4 miles, I was on the fly bridge and the doors slammed so hard i thought I had shattered them!! Luckily they were ok.
