Extinguisher holder

I keep my two extinguishers aboard in a engine nearby locker.
The comercial holders are in my opinion dubious dependable plastic devices.
Maybe someone has an idea about self construction (wood, grp or metal) of a solid aesthetic extinguisher holder in order to locate it in sight for quick access.

Well you could make a base out of wood witha velcro (hook and eye) type strap around to hold it in place. The velcro can be very effective if you have a ring of metal on one strap such that the veelcro goes through the ring then back onto itself. Like a 2 purchase which gives a l;ot more holding power. good luck olewill
