Experiences of boat-covers-direct?

Should get more than two seasons, mines been through two winters and is fine, need to get the right cover though not the cheapy one, think it's the one in the middle, not the very stiff one, they will advise you if you call and say it's for a boat.

I picked up a cheapo of theirs off flea-bay for the Laser - it wasn't a "Buy it now" item & it cost less than the 50 quid. It turned out to be a "second" as the double bow clips were all males! No problem tho, great value & still in good nick, altho somewhat grubby after about 5 years use outdoors. Go for it, it makes a big difference to keeping a dink in good order.

Thanks for feedback. Zagato, was this the same Co. you bought from? I can only find one spec for the covers and there's no phone No. on the eBay shop. I've emailed them but not heard anything, though it's early days yet.

Anyone had dealings with http://stores.ebay.co.uk/boat-covers-direct.
I'm not expecting top drawer quality for the money but at a 1/5th of the price of a bespoke sail cover I'd be happy to renew every couple of seasons.

Bought one last spring and I was quite pleased with it and as you say, very much cheaper than a "made to measure". Seems to fit ok and zip at front was OK. Only problem I found was that it faded by the end of the season and that was in Scotland during a pretty "sun free" summer.
