Hi & Help!
Two wanted for above trip on a Moody 44. My father has bought a hotel and is busier than he expected, and another crew member has been taken ill with a serious chest infection.
This leaves me, (age 46, with 30 years sailing experience, including having been a deck officer in the Merchant Navy), and James, (age 27, sailed a little in his army days, Handy in heavy winds).
Looking for two or three crew with enough experience to handle a night watch and collision avoidance.
My skippering style is patient and relaxed, whilst remaining responsible and safe.
provisions provided, crew responsible for own transport.
Trip starts from Glasson Dock, lancaster on 13/8, arriving Falmouth 16/8. leave falmouth 18/8 arrive Bayona, (Nr. Vigo, Spain), 22/8. Leave Bayona 25/8 Arrive Lagos, (portugal), 28/8. Welcome to stay on the boat for a few days at the end of the trip. (All subject to weather etc.).
Anyone interested in the trip from either Glasson or Falmouth? PM me with a bit about you and your experience.
Cheers
Richard
