I'm looking for the collective wisdom on the 15000i Fisher panda. This is the variable speed generator which for our use case seems like a great idea.
This is actually to replace a pretty long in the tooth beta 7kva which is the same base engine, which I know pretty well. It's the control system and specifically at what point it starts to ramp up the speed to gain the peak output that's not really in the paperwork for the panda.
Any comments very welcome.
The alternative is to fit something like a beta 12 kva which is quite a bit bigger and most of the time would run a bit under loaded.
