Exhaust Manifolds and risers required!

Can anyone give me a top tip on where to buy fairly priced manifolds and risers for a Volvo Penta AQ205A. I have been quoted anywhere from 580 - 750 pounds! quite a difference. this includes shipping and vat. any insider trading would be welcome!

Look for stainless steel ones - were in MBM a few months ago, wont ever have to replace again!

Have you tried Key Part in Watford or Lancing Marine? Google them for numbers.

I guess the VP V6 is the same GM block as the Merc V6 so you could try buying direct from the US. I remember replacing the manifolds and risers on my V8 a few years back and got them shipped from the US for about half what I could get them for in the UK.

Shipping is not cheap because of the weight so they would need to go surface mail and will take around six weeks. You may also get stung for import duty and VAT, I did and they still worked out half price.

There are a number of aftermarket manufacturers of manifolds such as Osco Barr, GLM, Sierra etc etc
