I ordered some teak accessories from http://www.onwardtrading.com/index.php late on Thursday afternoon by telephone. They arrived at 0900 on Friday. Due to a slight mix up (we had been discussing the internal dimensions of a part that I subsequently discounted in favour of another of more suitable size so the confusion is understandable) an incorrect item was sent by mistake. I phoned them up straightaway. The delivery van came back at 1030 and collected the items. The correct bits arrived this morning. Excellent service in my book and soooo much quicker to receive, return, and receive again than most companies can manage to complete a 'normal' delivery! :encouragement:
Also... Barry Edwards at Boatropes as recommended on here by several others. Caught him out of the office on late Thursday afternoon. He gave good advice and pencilled in my order. A link for payment arrived within the hour and the new sheets arrived this am. Very good price too.
