Excellent Service from Volvo Agents

Needed some Volvo drive oil and w/p grease and so having given up on unreliable Scottish dealers' delays and dithering, contacted Volspec of Maldon, Essex who e mailed a detailed quote and then called me. They further suggested buying some rubber seals for replacing old ones after draining the legs and gave me some other free advice. Ordered stuff Monday, all delivered Tuesday.- First Rate Service!

ah but

in the interests of balance, i wd venture that perhaps the mail service should be equally congratulated for delivery of said items, along with the highways agency who look after the roads, and of course the police for maintaining a society in which burglars didn't steal all the gear en route, BT for providing the telephone comminication system and indeed the uk govt for presiding over all the above.

I have always thought that Volvo service is first class whether routine issues or emergency call out. It is a major factor when choosing engines for a new boat.
