Excellent service from Stanley

I had a new Stanley Fatmax retractable knife as a gift. Really comfortable and robust tool. Unfortunately, the blade didn't fully retract and left a small knib protruding. As it was a gift, I had no receipt and did not know where it was bought so I rang Stanley and spoke to their excellent customer service coordinator, Amrit. He was sympathetic and offered to send me a replacement which arrived this morning.
I consider this outstanding service and deserves broadcasting.
