No link to them but happy to praise good service: my C300i plotter, several years old, developed a fault, wouldn't load the software etc. Tried the troubleshooting section of the handbook so contacted SH via their website: prompt and helpful reply to e mails, arranged return for inspection, prompt quote for 30 mins labour to update firmware and soak test, promptly retuned by carrier who left it in my porch so I didn`t waste time tracking down depots, and the plotter reinstalled and works better than ever with the update: crisper fonts etc. I had feared a more expensive repair and had looked at others but the C300i is just the right size for me, links easily to my AIS and SH VHF and gives exactly the display I want: like a chart, I don`t need birds eye 3D contoured view with satellite overlay.
