Always happy to acknowledge good service: I had previously posted about problems with my Furuno 1623 radar, apparently a recognised motor drive problem causing a "no heading pulse" message, Geoff Sargent of Sargent Marine services responded promptly and helpfully to my e mail, turned up, identified the problem, came back and fitted a new motor for a very reasonable price and all within a week! Thanks Geoff!

I also upgraded my chartplotter to a SH 300i which comes with a "gift card" for a C map cartridge which you had to fill in, scan and e mail to Italy! I thought I would never see the chip in months, yet again it turned up promptly within a week! well done Jeppesen Marine!
