Hi
I have read that the Evinrude/Johnson 9.9hp outboard engine can be converted to a 15hp by removing the jets in the carburetor and replacing them with larger jets.
Does anybody know whether the same can be done to a Evinrude/Johnson 15hp by replacing the jets so that it becomes a 18hp or 20hp
