You must be joking. Planing boats are not meant to go places, yours is!
I know it might seem a bit of a nonsense, but we accepted to "downgrade" to a P boat also because in perspective we are not thinking to make a lot of long cruises anymore - though this summer will be a bit of an exception.
For a 1,000 nm passage, gimme a D boat anytime!

Not sure, C. Hvar is a lovely island, but we have seen it extensively (also inland, hiring a scooter).
And in principle, we tend to prefer nice and sheltered anchorages, of which there's plenty in HR, rather than marinas...
We'll see, no strict agenda. Well, no agenda at all, actually...
