Yes the festival next weekend and also the Weston Boat Show which I believe is in its second year.
Did anyone go last year? Sounds like this bit is probably the most interesting bit to sailors/boat owners

We have been attendees at the harbour festival for the last 15 years or so but sadly every year it is less and less about boats and has become a music/ arts festival
Noting wrong with that and a great weekend but the only thing harbour about it is the location
I wish they would stop referring to it as free as it it costs £50 to take your boat, even if you're permanent mooring is on the festival site

Good fun and will probably take a break from doing up my LM27 as I live in Bristol. Not been about boats for years but some excellent indie bands by the Mardyke or on the Thekla.
The year before last I just locked in (£13) and moored by Cumberland basin end (by The Cottage or The Nova Scotia) and walked the rest of the way to the festival site

What a joke. Went to the festival to visit the boat show. No one could tell us where it was, not even the brain dead stewards, even local old bill didn't know where Hannover quay was, total waste of a day as we never found it.
