I was reading this earlier Bruce. When the survey shows that 90% of boaters know the risks and take correct precautions, and possible training courses for those that require it, surely that will be enough.........wont it?

If you have a power wash whilst in the slings you will be getting an additional "disposal" charge. and if you try to do a diy power wash you will be "jumped" on.
