Yes I have a copy of the 1990? pbo 28I boat test I could fax to you.I also own a 28I having bought one in1997.Very comfortable for 4 ideal for 2.need to reef down early on.have been to France a couple of times with 4 of us and it sailed well.what specifically do you want to know?
