I’ve finally booked a berth in Estepona my prestige 36 will be trucked down early march can anyone give me any advice (from experience ) of the marina and local area also what spares would you pack

I was a liveaboard in Duquesa for 12 years, preferred it to Estepona (same management). Both were very well run, with good facilities, chandler, lift out etc.
Because Estepona is also a fishing port, there are a couple of "local" chandlers in town where the prices are a bit keener than the marina.
The poligono (industrail estate) has lots of other services, such as stainless welding etc.
Estepona is a lovely town, not a full English sort of place.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Thanks s the marina quite a safe Place I have never been in the area before are there good spots for anchoring in the area and swimming etc off the boat although it’s all booked I’m still trying to sell this to the wife

There are a couple of nice bays for anchoring/swimming, but the coast is pretty straight there.
The marina is safe. The major issue can be wind, both for anchoring and berthing.
As I said, we lived aboard for 12 years and it was wonderful.
