Essex based semi retired, 65 year old experienced yachtsman with well found 28ft Sailing Cruiser, looking for crew of similar vintage who can make tea, hold a course & stand a watch whilst cruising around the East Coast Rivers with the occasional trip further afield.

Safety, whilst enjoying the company of those onboard is my prime concern, hoping everyone onboard will get along, laugh a lot, enjoy good sailing & good company.

Looking to crew

Hi there, I am looking to gain experience as crew, I have done my comp crew in and around Burnham and spent several days crewing. I am taking my day skipper in September and would like the opportunity to join you. I am very easy going and eager to learn, I am in my early fifties and make a great cup of tea!

Fellow boat owner, based in Burnham, ICC, 61 and retired, trying like mad to avoid the wall to wall Olympics coverage that SWMBO has planned - which is why I have no crew for the period. Anything planned for July 30th to August 12th (end date flexible but start date not)?

Know the Deben, the Orwell, Blackwater, fist bit of the Colne and Crouch but interested in anything that takes me a little further too.
